Rental Ebikes

All our Customers are required by law to wear a helmet. Helmets can help to prevent permanent brain injury and in some cases death. We supply helmets at no cost as part of your rental.

"Bicycle riders are required by law to wear an approved helmet securely fitted and fastened. In NSW there are no exemptions from wearing an approved bicycle helmet."

There is no insurance for theft so we supply bike locks at no cost as part of your rental. If the ebike is stolen you will need to pay to replace it. There are GPS trackers on every ebike recording the whereabouts of each ebike.

Our Terms and Conditions require all rental Customers to lock the ebike when they are no longer in physical contact with the ebike. The Customer is wholly responsible for the condition and safe return of the ebike during the rental period.

Each of our bikes are equipped with front and rear lights at no cost.

Lights help you to be seen from the front and the rear. You want to be seen easily especially on busy days when the cycleway is popular.

All our Customers are provided with a 600ml bottle of water as part of their hire/rental at no additional cost.

It is important to stay hydrated while exploring our beautiful coastline. Water fountains can be found easily in Wollongong and surrounding suburbs to refill your water bottle.

It is required by law that every cyclist using shared paths must have a bell. Each of our bikes are equipped with a bell at no cost.

Visibility vests help you to be seen. Vests are available at no cost.
