You have to be at least 18 years of age to use our service. If you are between 14 and 18, your legal guardian will need to supervise you while using our ebikes.

We require a refundable security deposit of $250 for each ebike. A security deposit is necessary to ensure responsible usage and to cover potential damages, encouraging users to treat our ebikes with care and uphold the terms of the rental agreement.

For your personal safety we will take you through a 10 minute health and safety briefing. There are hazards all around us when cycling. We want you to have fun and to return safely.
